Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 6pm day prior to arrival. If you cancel the booking after this time or do not show up at the hotel for check in on your arrival date, the credit card supplied will be charged for the first night of your stay. Group Bookings of more than 5 rooms - 72 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellation will result in 1st nights accommodation cost being charged to supplied credit card. The 6% fee paid at time of booking to Fáilte Hotels is deducted from total room price, the remaining balance is paid to the hotel. The booking fee is not refundable.
